Ingredients:

  1. 4 Tbsp. coffee grounds (recommend a flavored coffee)
  2. Ice
  3. Simple syrup or flavored syrup (optional)
  4. Heavy cream, nut milk or creamer (optional)

Directions:

Using the CM0750B, take out the stand adjustment to fit the travel mug under the brew basket.

Fill the water tank to the 2-cup mark. Measure out the ground coffee into the brew basket and close the lid.

Fill the travel mug about ¾ full with ice and place under the brew basket. Flip the switch to turn on the unit and let it go through its brew cycle.

Once the brew cycle is done you can add more ice if desired. You can add simple or flavored syrup and cream or nut milk to achieve a desired flavor. Cover the travel mug and go!

Variations:

  1. Frappuccino: pour the iced coffee into a blender, add any flavorings and cream or nut milk and a few ice cubes. Blend until frothy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  2. Coffee Ice Cubes: Fill the water tank to the 4-cup mark. Measure out 6 tbsp ground coffee into the brew basket and close the lid. Fill the glass carafe halfway with ice cubes. Put the glass carafe without the stand adjustment under the brew basket and flip the switch to brew. Once the cycle is done you can fill ice cube trays and freeze.
  3. Mocha Popsicles: Put the iced coffee in a blender with preferred flavorings and cream/ nut milk. Do not add any extra ice than what is needed for brewing. Blend until mixed. Pour into Popsicle mold, put lid on mold and insert Popsicle sticks. Let freeze overnight. Once frozen you can dip or drizzle with chocolate- just melt some chocolate chips!
