Dill Sauce

for Grilled Salmon

Make your grilled salmon extra special when topped with this easy to make dill sauce. Make ahead and store covered in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  1. 1⁄3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  2. 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  3. 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  4. 1 garlic clove, minced
  5. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  6. 2 tsp. milk
  7. 1⁄2 tsp. honey
  8. Salt and fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in mini chopper bowl.

Pulse to mix, then process 15 to 30 seconds or until smooth.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

Remove sauce from refrigerator and allow to warm slightly.

Serve over grilled salmon or other fish.
