Almond Honey Butter

A small amount of honey adds the perfect twist to this chunky-smooth almond butter. This butter is calling out for warm toast!

  1. 3 cups blanched almonds, unsalted
  2. Pinch kosher salt (optional)
  3. 4 to 10 tablespoons canola oil, as needed
  4. 3 tablespoons honey


Place the almonds, salt and 4 tablespoons oil into the blender and select Auto 2. Scrape down the sides of the blender and pulse to blend, adding the remaining oil, if a smoother consistency is desired. Add the honey and pulse until well-combined.

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until use.
