Unfourtunately the carafe just broke and I feel very sad because I can't find a replacement carafe for this model. There's only 2 replacement carafe available in this site and I have read comments it does not fit this model. Is there a possibility a carafe for this model will be available in the near future? I live in Mexico btw.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great Product but poor Warranty We bought this product a few months ago and loved it up until the point when it malfunctioned. It randomly stopped working (shorted out) while grinding coffee one morning without warning and for the past month seem to be getting nowhere with their warranty department in order to get it replaced. They require us to mail in the chord (along with a cheque for shipping), which apparently has been "lost" in the mail. It's been 4 weeks and I still don't know if we'll be getting a replacement, even though we are within warranty period and this machine quit through no fault of our own. Overal it was a good product while it lasted, but unfortunately we have been left very a frustrating experience overall.

Hi, I have a Black and Decker CM5000B. It is approx. 3 years old. The plastic top of the carafe broke and is now unusable. Could you let me know how I can find a replacement carafe. I cannot find a part number of a carafe that says it will fit.
