Potato Soup

Using the 4-Quart Slow Cooker

This easy slow cooker potato soup has all the components of a loaded baked potato. Assemble in your slow cooker in the morning and cook on LOW all day for a fast, hearty dinner.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 (1 lb.) pkgs. refrigerated, cubed potatoes
  2. 4 cups chicken broth
  3. 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  4. 1 pkg. (3 oz.) bacon bits
  5. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
  6. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  7. Chives (optional)

Directions:

Place potatoes, chicken broth, soup and bacon bits into slow cooker. Cook on LOW 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Add cream cheese 1 hour before serving, stirring until melted.

Stir in shredded cheese and sprinkle on some chives (optional) before serving.

Tip: Use HIGH heat setting and cook 4 hours.
