Salsa Chicken

  1. 15oz can Black Beans
  2. 1 Lb Frozen Chicken Breast
  3. 12oz Bag Frozen Corn
  4. 8oz Jar Salsa
  5. 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
  6. 14.5oz can Diced Tomatoes


  1. Place all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  2. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on high, or 8 hours on low.
  3. Pull the chicken out and shred with two forks.
  4. Return the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Top with cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, shredded cheese and jalapenos, if desired. Turn it into tacos or nachos for a great weeknight dinner!
