Pour in the beef broth and beer and place the lid on the slow cooker. Cook 3-4 hours on high, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and place on a cutting board to rest. Pour the uncooked macaroni into the slow cooker with the beef broth and beer. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 30 minutes on high. Meanwhile, in a medium sized saucepan, heat the butter for the cheese sauce over medium-high heat until melted. Whisk in the flour one Tbsp. at a time until smooth. Slowly whisk in the beer until smooth and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Slowly whisk in the milk until smooth. Simmer for 4-6 minutes until sauce is thickened. Stir in the cheese until melted. Add the garlic powder, mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Once the macaroni has cooked, slice the pork into bite size pieces. Add the pork and cheese sauce to the macaroni. Place the lid back on the slow cooker and cook for 30 minutes on high. Meanwhile, in a medium sized saucepan, heat the oil for the Sriracha beer sauce over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Whisk in the remaining ingredients and turn the heat down to low. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until sauce has thickened. Place the pork mac and cheese into a bowl and drizzle with the Sriracha beer sauce.
