Asian Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Lbs Chicken Breast Tenders, about 16 tenders
  2. 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  3. 2 Tbsp Grated Ginger
  4. 1 Tbsp Hoisin
  5. 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
  6. 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  7. 1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
  8. 3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  9. 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  10. 2 Tbsp Sugar

Directions:

  1. Place the chicken tenders in the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the onion slices on top.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the chicken and onions.
  3. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Serve with rice or quinoa.
