Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  2. 1 tsp. cinnamon
  3. 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  4. ¼ tsp. nutmeg
  5. ½ cup raisins
  6. ¼ tsp. salt
  7. ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  8. 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  9. 2 cups water
  10. 1 ½ cups white rice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into the cooking bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and lock into place. Press the WHITE RICE button and set the timer for 6 minutes.
  3. When the timer goes off, use Natural Pressure Release.
  4. After all the steam has released, carefully open the lid, stir and serve.
