  1. 1 lb. ground turkey or beef
  2. ⅔ cup water
  3. 1 packet taco seasoning
  4. 1 small tomato, diced with dicing blade
  5. 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded with shredding blade*
  6. Shredded lettuce
  7. 8 tortillas


Heat a large skillet with a few sprays of cooking spray over medium-high heat. Brown the ground turkey or beef and drain.

Return the brown turkey or beef to the skillet and pour in the water and sprinkle the taco seasoning over top. Stir to combine.

Turn the heat to medium low and allow the sauce to thicken.

Divide the taco mixture among 8 tortillas and top with diced tomato, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce.
