Season both sides of the pork chop with the seasoned salt. You can make it as salty as you want- it is a matter of personal preference.
Place the pork chops on the baking pan and place in the oven at the highest level. It should be close to the top heating coil.
Turn the dial to Broil and set the timer to 15 minutes.
Flip the pork chops after the timer goes off and place back into the oven. Set the timer to 10 minutes.
Using a meat thermometer take the temperature of the pork chop. If the pork chop has a bone, then test closest to the bone. If it doesn’t then test in the thickest part of the pork chop. The temperature should be at least 145F.
Serve immediately.
Other seasoning ideas:

In a small bowl, mix ¼ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp granulated garlic, 2 tsp Herbs de Provence. Sprinkle on both sides of the pork chops and cook as instructed.

In a small bowl, combine equal parts of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. You can make a larger amount of this and save it for future uses. Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for 2-3 months.
