Buffalo Chicken Dip

  1. 1/2 Cup Buffalo Wing Sauce
  2. 6-8oz Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked
  3. 1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese
  4. 1 Can Diced Green Chilies, drained
  5. 4oz Mozzarella Cheese
  6. 1/2 Cup Ranch Salad Dressing


  1. Place cream cheese, ranch dressing and wing sauce in food processor bowl with S blade. Pulse 3-4 times, and then run continuously until well mixed. Spread cream cheese mixture into a 1 qt. shallow baking dish.
  2. Place chicken into food processor bowl with S blade and pulse chop into ½” size pieces. Shred mozzarella; mix with chicken and diced chilies. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  3. Bake in 350°F oven 20 min. or until hot and cheese is bubbly. Serve with crackers or carrots and celery sticks.
Tip: Stir all ingredients together and place in slow cooker. Heat on LOW 30 minutes or until hot.
