Ingredients:

  1. 2 oranges peeled and chopped
  2. 1 banana, ripe (can use frozen banana)
  3. ½ cup coconut water or plain water or nut milk of choice
  4. ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
  5. ¼ cup frozen mango
  6. ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  7. 1-2 tsp honey (optional)
  8. ¼ cup ice

Directions:

  1. Place everything into the blender. Press the preset smoothie button and let it run.
  2. Once the blender stops pour into 2 glasses and drink. Or you can pour the smoothie into popsicle molds of your choice. Put them in the freezer for about 4 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
