Combine water and sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium high heat. Let it come to a boil and then let cool
Using the grinder attachment to the blender, pulse the coffee beans until the desired grind.
Brew the coffee and then chill 1 cup.
In a blender, combine the sugar water mixture, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, salted caramel, cold coffee, and milk; blend until mixed together and frothy.
You can garnish with whipped cream, salted caramel and roasted pumpkin seeds if so desired.
Tip: If you want to change this to a Frappuccino, add ice to the blender in Step 4 and omit it in Step 5. This will thicken the mixture to a shake-like drink.
