Preheat air fryer to 300°F without the basket.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients, except the frosting, until smooth.
Grease the warm air fryer container (sans basket) and pour the cake mix into the pan.
Fry for 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Using a hot pad, remove the container and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Hold a plate over the top and flip the cake upside down onto the plate.
Allow the cake to cool completely. Frost the top and sides of the cake and slice into 8 pieces to serve.
TIP: If the top is too dark you can slice horizontally and take the top off and then frost.
