Spaghetti Squash

Safety First: No longer risk potentially cutting off a finger while trying to slice open a spaghetti squash. Place the whole squash in the air fryer and watch as it slides right out of the shell once opened.

  1. 1 (1.5-3 lb) Spaghetti Squash


Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

Poke holes into the squash with a fork and if necessary cut off the end of the squash to get it to fit into the basket.

Fry for 45-55 minutes, turning halfway through.

Note: frying time will depend on how many pounds the squash is. For a heavier squash, fry closer to 55 minutes.

Remove the spaghetti squash and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Slice in half and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.

Use a fork to scrape from top to bottom of the squash to release from the skin.

Use as a substitute for your favorite pasta dishes.
