Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  1. 1 tsp Dried Basil
  2. 2 Bay Leaves
  3. 2 Tbsp Butter
  4. 1 Cup Chicken Stock
  5. 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  6. 1/3 Cup Half and Half
  7. 24oz Whole Mushrooms, cleaned
  8. 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  9. 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients, except the half and half and butter into the slow cooker.
  2. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 3 hours on low.
  3. In the last half an hour of cooking, pour in the half and half and butter and cook until butter is melted.
  4. Serve as a tasty side to your next meal.
