Cinnamon Oatmeal Stout Cookies Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 45 min Ready In: 55 min Serves: 24 Ingredients: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. baking powder 1 Tbsp. cinnamon ½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened ½ cup packed dark brown sugar 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla ½ cup room temperature stout beer 2 cups old fashioned oats Directions: Preheat toaster oven to 350°F and grease the proved baking pan with cooking spray. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda and powder, and cinnamon. Set aside. In a large bowl, cream the butter. Add the sugars and mix until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until incorporated. Stir in the stout beer. Add half of the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in the remaining half of the dry ingredients. Add the oatmeal and mix until fully incorporated. Drop the cookie dough by the spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes, until cookies are lightly browned around the edges. Place cookies on a wire rack to cool and repeat with remaining batter.
