Chill a medium bowl in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Whisk cream in a chilled medium size bowl until cream just starts to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla and continue to whisk on high speed until cream thickens.
Remove half the whipped cream and place in a small bowl. Add the 2 Tbsp. of chocolate syrup and cocoa powder; whisk on low speed until combined. Set aside.
To the bowl of plain cream, whisk in the cardamom and set aside.
Layer 1/2 cup chocolate whipped cream, sliced strawberries, remaining chocolate syrup and 1⁄2 cup of cardamom whipped cream among 6 glasses.
Sprinkle the top of each dessert with cocoa powder and top with one whole fresh strawberry.
