Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hard to get parts that should not have broken I had it less than a month and the shredder on the disc stem shredding chaga and it exploded. Now it is hard to find the part and it costs about half what the thing cost new!!! Inferior plastic driving is the problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Be careful... Or it will break. This is my first FP, I was excited to shredded my own vegetables, make bread crumbs and other cool techniques I have been learning. I was pleased with it until the top broke. While plunging down a sweet potato, some how it back fired and the top column broke off. It was still useable with the black stopper... until much the plastic small tab that locks the top into place also broke off as well. The plastic seems cheap. I would not recommend this product. I should have spent a little more and invested in a different brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Works great....when it is not broken. Bought this few months back, but did not last long. Small plastic thing in middle of blade broke. Finding replacement parts online is nearly impossible. The one website I found a possible replacement part for it has been back ordered for 2 months with it. Would never buy again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked great...till it broke I've used this food processor about 5 times and then it broke. The plastic piece that the grading blade fits on jammed and broke which in turn busted the bowl itself.
