Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Griddle, Not So Great Drip Tray I love this griddle! Cooks evenly and is easy to clean. My only complaint is the drip tray. As the other reviews have stated, it comes out easily. Mine has already cracked. I would like to purchase another one. How can I replace it? The model is the same as the others, GD2011B. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from puzzled The box the griddle comes in and also advertising say this griddle has fully immersible base without probe, yet, the enclosed instruction booklet instructs not to immerse base. Conflicting!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Large Needs My family loves this griddle. However, I couldn't give it 5 stars, as we've had the same issue as others have. The drip tray kept falling out. Luckily, the first two times we caught it. Yet, the third time was the charm as it fell and broke after it hit the floor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product but... I received this as a wedding present and as with all the other reviews, my drip tray fell and broke. I would consider gluing it, but I'm afraid it will leak, since it barely holds a lot anyways. How can I go about replacing this?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Griddle It is a great product. However, due to moving, I lost the temperature probe and am in need of a replacement probe. Is there anyway I can get a replacement temperature probe?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great griddle, bad drip tray I have been using my griddle for my "world famous" hamburgers, but I join with the other owners that dropped the drip tray and it's unusable now. How can I replace it?

What is the difference between GB2051B and GB2011B which justifies a 33% price difference?

Asked by: Stowepotato
Hello Stowepotato. Thank you for your question. The difference in the two models is in the design, and that the GD2011B does have cool touch sides so that when you are cooking the housing will not get hot.

Does this griddle have a PTFE non-stick coating? We got a parrot and I don't know whether or not it has teflon on it (I already own it).

Asked by: Scroft
Thank you for your question. Our non-stick coating formulations are considered proprietary, but we're happy to share that they are stable, inert, non-reactive, non-toxic and are PFOA-free.
