Rated 3 out of 5 by from I loved this coffee maker I bought this in July and it was great! BUT in the last couple of weeks it started sporadically brewing more than chosen, then started brewing very tiny amounts (all on the single serve side). Now it won't brew at all with the K-cups OR the filter insert. As long as there is no coffee in there, it'll put water out just fine. The pump is very loud and tries to reset itself throughout its attempt to brew. The carafe side is brewing just fine. I descale it regularly - whenever the lights blink to do so. I really wish it was still performing well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor performance I am very disappointed in this machine. Like other reviews I have read, one never knows how much coffee will brew. It certainly is never what one requests.m a 16 oz cup only makes an 8-10 oz cup.And lately I have had trouble brewing at all. The cleaning mode lights have come on. I have cleaned the machine twice and they continue to blink. There are no trouble shooting hints to address this problem. I have only owned this machine for about 4 months and would certainly not recommend it to anyone - am ready to throw it away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working at all the k cup side I have had mine for about 4 months and the k cup side started sporadically only pouring half a cup now it is doing it all the time. And now we can't even use it at all. The regular coffee pot side now it takes about 4 pushes of the brew button before it goes on. It also has to be unplugged between cycles or it won't power on....... I am very disappointed. I am trying to clean it with vinegar to descale it but I think this will only be a quick fix or won't work at all. I am very disappointed considering it is a Black and Decker !!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from WAS amazing and now..... We bought this a few months ago and were so excited with the options and that it actually worked with all of the options and features - we loved it. However then the problems started happening. The single cup is only pouring tiny amounts and sometimes just plain water comes out! When you open the top the water hadn't even gone through the coffee just poured straight out!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for us This machine is exactly what we were looking for!Note... don't interrupt the single brew system while it's brewing as it will mess-up the volume of water for the next cup.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I WAS working great! Got this just before Christmas and it has worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. Now, when brewing a single cup, it will sometimes do the 12oz, and other times will over flow the cup with probably more like 14 - 16oz of water. Not a lot of fun and very frustrating when trying to just make a cup of coffee in the morning. Overall not super happy with the end result now.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a good machine I bought this machine for Christmas .At first the single cup brew workrd fine but now we are lucky if it works for us at all. All it wants to do is gurgle and make the water bubble. What a disappointing machine for the price

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great concept, still needs work. I got this coffee maker as a gift about three months ago and in the beginning, it worked really well (though like some people have commented on the travel mug version of this coffee maker, I still don't understand why there isn't an auto-timer on the machine). About a month in, I noticed that the quantities of coffee brewed with the individual cup option started to go wonky: if I wanted to brew a 12 oz. cup, I had to hit the 6 oz option twice, since pressing the 12-oz. button always yielded smaller quantities (anywhere between 3 and 10 ounces). The manual says that the Auto-Clean feature kicks in after about 120 brews, which is really annoying if you use the machine 2-3 times a day (can that much scale *really* have accumulated in three months??) All in all, the concept is good, but the small annoyances are starting to accumulate, to the point where I'm not entirely sure I would buy this machine again.
