Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great coffeemaker but carafe broke. Bought this for my husband who loves fresh ground coffee however the carafe broke and we can not find a replacement that fits correctly. Would like to have a replacement part number or know how I can find a carafe that fits this coffeemaker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another replacement carafe review I am a big fan of this coffeemaker. I used it basically every day to have fresh coffee ready right after getting out of bed. Sadly on one of those uses, the carafe broke. This is basically just another review trying to get the replacement part number. I'd buy it if I could!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this coffee maker I own 3 of the mill and brew coffee makers. I have one for home, one for the cottage and I keep one at my mom's so when I visit I still wake up to amazing coffee. My issue is finding the carafes. I have purchased from Amazon, Walmart and B&D but cannot find them anymore. I don't need fee ones but would love to purchase some. Suggestions?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glass Carafe I've seen a few posts indicating their carafe broke which is the case for me. Could you please provide the part number for the carafe?!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from need replacement carafe! I've had this coffee maker for about a year and a half and I am happy with it. However, the carafe broke and I can't seem to find a replacement. The B&D replacement pots that I found don't fit this model. Very disappointing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great Coffee Maker I purchased this coffee maker in 2017. It makes great coffee. I love the grinder feature, because i love to use whole beans, for tastier coffee. However, unfortunately, my carafe just broke. they want $28 to replace it, which is high, but i'm willing to pay. The problem is its on back order, for 6 weeks! Seriously! Who can wait that long for coffee. They offered me a whole coffee maker at a discounted price, but it takes 7-10 business days. Do they even understand coffee drinkers, or do they care? I would die waiting that long! Guess I will be going to Walmart or Amazon for a new one, and it will not be a Black and Decker Product! Horrible Customer Service! There is no reason you should not be able to ship overnight!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from two Is not enough I actually ownv2 of these frustrating machines. Frustrating because when the carafe breaks, you can’t find a replacement. Last time B&D was out of replacement parts and sent a whole new machine. That replaced the first one that we bought from Goodwill and then our son gave us one for Xmas. Now we are down to no carafes. The problem is that this carafe opening is larger than the other B&D coffee makers. Wondering if a different brand carafe would work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great coffee, no support I bought this coffeemaker and love it but the carafe broke. I have been trying to figure out how to order a new one but no luck. Can't get any answers. Can't find one that looks like it will work.

Thank you for your interest. This coffee maker requires 120 Volts – 60 Hz electric power service, such as that which is used in North America. Please do not attempt to use this coffee maker with any other electric power service.

How many scoops of coffee per cup? I can’t find the proper amount. Is it 1 to 1 or 1 scoop for 2 cups?

Asked by: Major12
Thank you for your question. Whether you're using whole coffee beans or pre-ground coffee, we recommend using 1 tablespoon for every 1 cup of brewed coffee. This proportion may be adjusted to suit your individual taste, or you can try the Brew Strength Selector to customize your flavor! If you need further assistance getting the best results from your coffee maker, I’d be happy to help. Please contact us at youropinionmatters@spectrumbrands.com and reference ID number 41795892, so I can address any of your concerns.

I've had this for about a year maybe less. Today I went to use it and after pressing the power button it just flashes at me, nothing happens. I can't find what this means anywhere in the manual. Please help.

Asked by: Pmacmillan
There is a small spike on the bottom of the arm sticking out from the filter basket.  It fits in a hole which is a safety switch.  If the little spike breaks off, the coffee maker thinks the lid is open.  A bean stuck under the basket can cause the same problem.

The start button is flashing and the coffee maker doesn’t work. No grinding, no brewing, fist the flashing light. Since it won’t brew I’m not sure even how to clean it if that’s the problem.

Asked by: Lance
Literally just had the same issue a few minutes ago. I took it completely apart for deep cleaning about once per week, and this time around I realized I hadn't completely clicked in the top piece in the lid of the grinder/basket part. Make sure all the pieces are connected/clicked it all the way.
