Rated 1 out of 5 by from new thermal coffee maker cm2035b disappoinments Just recieved this cm2035b coffee maker, tried to follow instruction before first use. Like wash clean the coffee maker with warm soapy water then rinse, then wash clean by brewing 2 cycle of full 12cup water without coffee but to my surprise when I tried to start brewing clean..nothing happens. Blue light power in on...but the coffee maker does not start at all, pls help

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Grounds in the pot I bought this machine two months ago and love it except that I continually have grounds in the pot. I only make 8 cups at a time. The coffee drains so slowly into the carafe, that it overflows the filter. I am a technical support manager for a manufacturer and like to think I can solve most issues. Also, you really need to backlight the screen with an LED

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Like the concept, but lid has broken I really like the concept. No hot plate to worry about fires. Double walled thermos style keeps the coffee hot. However, like others my lid has stopped working. Have to take it off to pour my coffee, which of course means, the coffee will not remain hot as long. Must be a design issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works great except the lid has broken I bought this coffeemaker a year ago and I've been really happy with how long it keeps coffee hot, stays clean, and generally makes really good, consistent coffee.However, the lid has now become faulty, in that pressing the thumb button does not fully raise the little stopper, so coffee just dribbles out. This means that filling a cup of coffee would take about a minute - not acceptable. Removing the lid is an obvious solution, but that's not really how the product was intended to be used. After searching online, it seems that replacement lids are nowhere to be found, and that lots of people are having problems with this lid.Seems like a design problem. How do I get this repaired? Shame that a good coffeemaker could be ruined by a cheap lid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works Great...at first We've had this coffee maker for about a year and a half. It brewed great-tasting coffee which stayed hot in the stainless steel carafe. However, for the past few months it's been harder and harder to pour the coffee. I had to pour my wife's coffee because it's become impossible for her to press the thumb lever. If I'm not home she had to remove the lid to pour. I think the lever is cracked our bent inside. I've been unable to find a replacement lid anywhere.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mine had to be broken in I have had the coffee maker for 1 and1/2 years. It is now working great. When I first got it, the coffee maker would quit half way through the process. I would start it again and it would quit with 2 cups left. Even when I would program it, it would quit. It now goes through the entire water supply and makes great coffee. The only problem I have now, it the lid of the coffee carafe is broken. Took it apart and the round lever for the open/close spout is broken in the open position. Tried super glue and didn't work. Tried hot glue stick an didn't work. Can't find a replacement part so the coffee gets colder faster. I recommend the coffee maker, but with reservations.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great at first At first I loved the Idea of having hot coffee all day and it worked great. That only lasted about 1 month before the coffee grounds started getting in my coffee pot and I had to constantly move the pot around to make it drain. Now, it has been two months later and a new problem has begun. When I start the coffee pot, it only brews about 2 cups worth of the water at one time, I have to constantly keep pressing the start button to make it finish a full pot of coffee. It is very frustrating, especially for how much money I spent on this coffee pot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lid We have been using this for almost a year now. I love that I can have hot coffee later in the day that has not been on a warming get tray getting good strong. However, our lid has broken and will not pour properly. Would like to locate a replacement lid.
