Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not last This is my second machine of this model. The first only lasted a year, bought this one a MONTH ago and now it is DEAD! Coffee grounds started ending up in the pot now ot will not even brew. Terrible quality B&D!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It lasts about a year. In the last two years I have bought two of these coffee makers, both times because it was the one I could afford. The first one died completely after about a year, the second one (the one I am using now) has a stuck ON button that needs to be jammed to make it work. It makes OK coffee and the carafe drips when pouring.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Longest Brew Ever! Please tell your guests it will just be an hour for the coffee to brew sorry! Tea anyone?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not that good I bought the white version of this coffee maker about a month ago. For some unknown reason, the time reset to the blinking 12:00. I reset the time and programmed for the next morning. When I woke up, the coffee had been made but the machine was off and the time showed to be 2 hours ahead of it actually was. This has become a daily thing. I am now unplugging the machine when I leave to go anywhere. Not happy with it since it is only a month old.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yuck! The pot is always full of grounds no matter what we do. Every pot a thick layer of grounds in the bottom. Gross!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from didn't last I purchased this coffee maker about 8 months ago. Our last Black and Decker had been very good. Unfortunately the coffee starts to brew , but the water does not "pump" into the carafe..Everything else works..I would have expected to last longer than that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointing I bought this coffee maker to replace another black and decker maker that had broken. only to have this break down as well. it takes forever to brew a pot and finally when it does its full of grids. the removable filter holder won't sit properly in the machine either, so I end up with grids and water all over the counter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't last much longer than three months My in-laws are elderly and drink coffee all day long. They make about 4 pots each day and we have opted to stay with this 'cheap' ($$ and quality) brand because this way, they do not have to learn to operate a different machine. We go through AT LEAST 4 of these each year. The last one barely lasted 2 months if that long. May work for a pot a day family but would not recommend otherwise. Too bad we don't own stock in this. If others have to replace as often as we do, we would be wealthy!
