Rated 1 out of 5 by from Darn auto turn off feature So I bought this not knowing it turned off every 2 hours and you had to restart it. I go to work at 3 in the morning and my wife wakes up at 7 to go to work. By the time she grabs a cup it is already cold. I hate this feature. If it were maybe a 6 hour turn off I can work with that but 2 hours is just too short of a time period. More time means happier people.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked right for 2 days I bought this for the programmable feature. The clock is fast and I've had to reset the time multiple times a day. Then I wake up in the morning hoping to have my coffee ready and it's cold and the time is wrong AGAIN! I wish I would've just spent a little more money for one that works right.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed After having an older version of this model that we loved, I replaced it with a new one 3 months ago. We have had nothing but issues with the new one. Most recently, the "auto on" feature no longer works--which mostly defeats the purpose of a coffee pot in my household. I am very very disappointed in the poor quality of this product. Save your money and get a different one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just stopped working. While on vacation in the states, was using my sister's similar model machine everyday. I loved it so much that i bought one at a nearby walmart and cleared up my luggage to take it home with me to the philippines. I labored so much and handled it with utmost care as i loved it while in the states. When i got home i immediately used it and it went well for 2 days. On the third day, it just wont brew at all! I am so heartbroken. How can something so new and functional the day before break down and stop working so suddenly. :( whats happening???

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sad I also have the CM1060B machine, I can not set the program brew ,the clock is fast and gains time overnight I thought someone touched it so I watched it close it gains about 10-20 mins an hour and never saw this before , I also had then same problem with the grounds all over the counter ,You have to make sure the pot in exactly right on the plate to brew right very disappointed

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stops working often I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. This machine works when it wants to. It makes no sense. I've tried all of the trouble shooting issues making sure all is in place to no avail. It randomly will stop percolating in the middle of a pot being made or sometimes will not start at all. Very disappointing

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs work I bought this coffee maker 3 months ago to replace another pot that took too long to brew. The first morning, I awoke to coffee and grounds all over my counter! What did I do? I have been making coffee for 30 years now, did something change? After the clean up, I was extra careful as I reloaded this machine. Satisfied that I had covered all my bases, I started the machine and went about getting breakfast for my kiddos. Next thing I see is coffee spilling over onto my counter. I opened the top and the brew basket was overflowing! What is going on? I just want some coffee! After the second clean up, and somewhat frustrated, I resisted the urge to throw it away... I really wanted some coffee bad at this point. I am a fix it kinda guy, so I noticed that the carafe did not activate the sneak a cup plunger, when everything was in place and the lid was closed. This fact would not let the coffee down into the carafe, and the filter basket would fill up to overflowing. I cut two small notches in the filter basket recess and locked the basket in place, so the carafe could depress the plunger. Satisfied I had solved the issue, I loaded it back up and hit start. It worked flawlessly for three months. Super fast brewing (compared to my last machine), I loved it! I also felt pretty good about my fix it skills every time I saw it. Win win. Then this morning, I went in to make some coffee and it had no power. I checked the plug, and verified power to the outlet. Even though I knew it had power, I moved my machine to other outlets hoping for some “fresh” power, to make a difference... all in vain. It is done. I would take it apart and satisfy my belief that the control board is done, but convinced it would ruin my warranty, I have to let it go!... let it go! It won’t percolate anymore!!What must I do to get another, or my money back?
