Rated 1 out of 5 by from B+D CM 6000 Disapointing Got this machine for Christmas 2015 ... 15 months ago. K cup capability was a real plus but has proven to be the problem. Inconsistent at best. K cup use has morphed to being unreliable. Despite repeated cleanings and on any cup amount request the maker just dribbles a bit and times out. Air bubbles in the reservoir instead of coffee in the cup.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this the end of August after seeing my friends. He loved the dual purpose of pot or pod brewing. I have used the pot side only twice and it worked fine. I use the pod side daily. I noticed about a month ago it was always filling to the top. sometimes it would other times it would not. Now the pod side is not working at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from warranty department I called the warranty number to talk to them about the single serve k cup side of the machine not brewing the correct amount of ounces for a cup or brewing an additional cup on its own after you've brewed one already. They at first tried to tell me it was because i didn't clean it with water and vinegar.. after going back and forth with them, they agreed to send me a replacement machine. At the end of the call i asked the representative whether this is a common issue for this type of model and he proceeded to say no and that he's never heard of this issue before. Does the company read these reviews? almost every single review is about the SAMEEEE problem. Do your homework black and decker!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! We have had this machine for over a year and it works great every time! Just need a replacement carafe cause our lid is almost broken - I think the dishwasher softened the plastic so avoid putting carafe in dishwasher. Makes great coffee!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible machine This is the worst coffee maker I have ever bought. The handle in the water reservoir broke within the first week and it has forced us to clean the machine twice already! I also have the same issues with the single cup brew that are listed by others.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trouble with the single side K-cup feature We have had our B&D coffee maker for a little less than a year and have loved it until now. We are having the same issue with the unit that others are that suddenly the single serve side with k-cups never brews the first cup after pressing one of the serve size buttons. It will almost always brew the second cup but today it got really off kilter and started brewing really odd amounts and clicking etc. We have been very diligent about cleaning it when indicated according to the instructions. I reviewed the troubleshooting instructions included thinking there would be some way of "resetting" the unit like other electronic devices but unfortunately there isn't. Help!
