Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked fine, then carafe broke & no replacement I bought this coffee maker only about 6 months ago (Jan 2019), and it was working great for me up until a few days ago when the bottom of the carafe broke. I've been having a difficult time finding a replacement for it (the ones I have found didn't list CM1100B as a model match). It's beyond frustrating.

I cannot figure out where to get a replacement basket. We have only had the pot for about 2 weeks. Only ever used by myself nor my husband. Very disappointed that I am now going to have to replace a brand new coffee maker!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to find replacement parts I have a Black and Decker 12-cup coffee maker model CM1100B that we use at our once a week meeting. No abuse with adults only. Went to hand wash the basket and the piece on the bottom of the basket broke off. I have gone online and see the replacement basket is no longer available. This coffee maker is practically brand new and we cannot get a replacement basket?? This is not acceptable. I will probably have to go out and buy a new coffee maker now as the person that bought this for us no longer has the receipt. As a nonprofit group we have limited funds so this is an inconvenience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Taste I bought this coffee maker about a week ago and have used a half dozen times and every time I use it the coffee gets burned. There is no temperature control and I wasn't expecting that at this price but I WAS expecting to follow the instructions and it would make a drinkable cup of coffee which was not the case. It could also just be a plastic taste in the coffee maker but all I know is the coffee tastes terrible.

Can you stop the 2 hour cut off time, it's s problem to keep it on when you have other things to do. it's nice to have this when you need it, but when you have to keep up with the time to keep hot coffee, or change it to longer time

Thank you for your question. Pressing the on/off switch any time after the brew cycle completes will turn off the keep warm plate. The unit will keep the coffee warm for two hours after the brew cycle completes before turning off automatically, unless the coffee maker is turned off manually. This model's keep warm time cannot be adjusted.

I own a B & D coffeemaker, model CM1160B. I need to replace the carafe. NO replacement carafe that I can find fits this model. What should I do?

Can carafe lid be removed? I want to remove the lid in order to more easily clean the carafe but it looks like it’s all one piece.
