Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable coffee maker I love this coffee maker but unfortunately the carafe broke on the bottom and I can not find a replacement one for this model. Is there one that will fit this model? None of the replacement carafes have this model listed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked fine, then carafe broke & no replacement I bought this coffee maker only about 6 months ago (Jan 2019), and it was working great for me up until a few days ago when the bottom of the carafe broke. I've been having a difficult time finding a replacement for it (the ones I have found didn't list CM1100B as a model match). It's beyond frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing This coffee maker has been used less than 5 times. We washed the filter basket and the piece that controls the drip broke off. I cannot figure out where to get a replacement basket. We have only had the pot for about 2 weeks. Only ever used by myself nor my husband. Very disappointed that I am now going to have to replace a brand new coffee maker!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Difficult to find replacement parts I have a Black and Decker 12-cup coffee maker model CM1100B that we use at our once a week meeting. No abuse with adults only. Went to hand wash the basket and the piece on the bottom of the basket broke off. I have gone online and see the replacement basket is no longer available. This coffee maker is practically brand new and we cannot get a replacement basket?? This is not acceptable. I will probably have to go out and buy a new coffee maker now as the person that bought this for us no longer has the receipt. As a nonprofit group we have limited funds so this is an inconvenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I love this coffeemaker but I was having trouble with the lid and it broke. I cannot find a replacement for this model. Is there a way to get just the carafe?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So Fragile, terrible quality Used it only 4 times before the carafe just about fell apart in my hands when I was washing it! I bought this at Target and they would not take it back because they think it broke through a fault of my own. So disappointed.

Can the lid be removed from the carafe? I've tried but am afraid I'm pulling too hard and will break it.

Asked by: Chrissy124
Hello Chrissy124. Thank you for your question. The carafe lid is not meant to be removed from the carafe.

How do I stop extra moisture on the lid model number CM1100B

Asked by: Heather M
Thank you for your question regarding your Black+Decker CM1100B. It is normal to have some moisture on the lid after brewing coffee, however, the issue you describe in your question is something that could be addressed by descaling your coffee maker with vinegar. Here is a link to a video detailing the descaling process for your type of coffee maker: https://youtu.be/lHU7Drvrx9M If you have any further questions, please email me at youropinionmatters@spectrumbrands.com, and reference ID 41819919, so I can address any of your concerns.

Can you stop the 2 hour cut off time, it's s problem to keep it on when you have other things to do. it's nice to have this when you need it, but when you have to keep up with the time to keep hot coffee, or change it to longer time

Asked by: Mae62
Thank you for your question. Pressing the on/off switch any time after the brew cycle completes will turn off the keep warm plate. The unit will keep the coffee warm for two hours after the brew cycle completes before turning off automatically, unless the coffee maker is turned off manually. This model's keep warm time cannot be adjusted.

I own a B & D coffeemaker, model CM1160B. I need to replace the carafe. NO replacement carafe that I can find fits this model. What should I do?

Asked by: KCMountaineer

Can carafe lid be removed? I want to remove the lid in order to more easily clean the carafe but it looks like it’s all one piece.
