Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bizarre I bought it yesterday and when I took it out of the box, the handle on the carafe is on wrong, clearly a manufacturer issue. I will return this product. It is unfortunate because I owned one previously and loved it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this a month ago .it worked great I loved it the coffee tasted wonderful.then one of the digits went out on the clock I figured ok no biggie well the automatic brew doesn't work ok I can live with that .all was fine now it won't turn off I have to unplug it after every use .I'm very dissapointed . I'll have to shop for a new coffee pot

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Programmable? Bought this pot about 3 months ago. Loved the size. Easier to fill than some of the pots we have owned in the past. Then I needed to get up early, so I programmed the timer , set it to auto. Woke up to nothing. Thought maybe I did something wrong. Now after numerous test I can confirm it is the pot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Darn auto turn off feature So I bought this not knowing it turned off every 2 hours and you had to restart it. I go to work at 3 in the morning and my wife wakes up at 7 to go to work. By the time she grabs a cup it is already cold. I hate this feature. If it were maybe a 6 hour turn off I can work with that but 2 hours is just too short of a time period. More time means happier people.

Then I wake up in the morning hoping to have my coffee ready and it's cold and the time is wrong AGAIN! I wish I would've just spent a little more money for one that works right.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed After having an older version of this model that we loved, I replaced it with a new one 3 months ago. We have had nothing but issues with the new one. Most recently, the "auto on" feature no longer works--which mostly defeats the purpose of a coffee pot in my household. I am very very disappointed in the poor quality of this product. Save your money and get a different one!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just stopped working. While on vacation in the states, was using my sister's similar model machine everyday. I loved it so much that i bought one at a nearby walmart and cleared up my luggage to take it home with me to the philippines. I labored so much and handled it with utmost care as i loved it while in the states. When i got home i immediately used it and it went well for 2 days. On the third day, it just wont brew at all! I am so heartbroken. How can something so new and functional the day before break down and stop working so suddenly. :( whats happening???
