Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great coffee - broken lid We love the model, but the gasket comes off the carafe twist top and now it won't pour at all with the top on. I need a replacement top for the coffee pot. Also, for others who have the following problem- the coffee will not go into the pot unless we make sure to click down the lid on the water reservoir. Disaster otherwise. We love the coffee pot though. Please help us find a new lid.

We have been satisfied with the coffeemaker and all its features, but as discussed in many of the other comments, the pour spout operator on the lid has broken. Can you send me instructions for getting a replacement lid? I am hopeful that B&D has modified the lid to make the spout opening mechanism more durable. There is nothing more dangerous than a bunch of office workers that can't get coffee out of the pot! I will recommend this coffee maker to friends, but warn them about the lid issue.

I am less happy with this product as ever since I started using it, about every third batch of coffee, all the grounds go into the pot and all over the counter. I have to stand there and listen to make certain I hear dripping into the metal carafe, and even then, if I walk away, sometimes the grounds go everywhere. And now that the tab on the lid is broken, the problem seems worse.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Makes good coffee but... This coffeemaker works fine. I like the automatic shutoff and the thermal carafe. My only complaint (like several others have noted), the release mechanism to pour the coffee is broken. As a result, the coffee dribbles out or you need to remove the top to pour it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Coffee Maker, issue with lid. Keeps coffee hot for almost all day, but the lid is broken. This is second maker we have bought, moved the first on to the camper with the same problem, broken lid.We love them, but we cannot pour from either one. I would sure like to find out how to get replacement lids. Please advise. Took apart this one and found the push lever was broken in 2 spots, the lever itself and the at the connection to the ring.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Coffee stays hot all day! I bought this coffeemaker about 2 months ago and love it. It keeps the coffee nice and hot almost all day without having to set on a burner. The only problem I have is that the gasket came off the lid, and now I can't find the gasket. I think my cat may have taken it to play with it. I've been trying to find a place online where I can order a gasket but can't seem to find any. I was hoping I could through this site.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the thermal carafe I have been using my 8 cup Model CM1609 Type 1 for over 4 years on a daily basis. Just recently i noticed a part ratting around in the lid. I believe this is what seals the thermal unit. Is it possible to get a replacement lid for my carafe? The date code on my plug is: 125CV

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lid? I use the coffeemaker in my fifth wheel trailer six months a year. I love the thermal carafe; I can take it with me outside without worrying about my coffee getting cold. My only complaint is the lid is broken internally. I wish I knew how to take it apart to repair it.
