Need ear plugs! have had this a month and it is useless....poor extraction, the reversing mechanism is counter productive and it is, quite probably, the noisiest kitchen appliance ever produced! Date published: 2017-12-06

I do not recommend this...disappointing I bought mine a month ago, tried it for the first time the other day. Squeezed juice from half of a lemon...upon juicing the other half, it didn't work anymore. Date published: 2017-02-08

Bad Gear We always have one in reserve because we know after a couple months of use it will die. But, hey, it's cheap! So, on the day it conked out we opened the new one, it died immediately, leaving us without a juicer. Obviously, quality is going down hill. As with other commenters, I suspect a cheap plastic gear is the culprit. Date published: 2015-07-26

Juicer Pro My old B&D version of this juicer played out after 8 years, so I immediately replaced it with this one. With the improvements, it's even better than before, and the old one was fabulous! This is the best juicer I've ever used, and, since we have a bunch of citrus trees, I'm an expert on efficiency and convenience of use--this one meets both criteria. Date published: 2015-06-11

This is a fine product, typical of Black & Decker. My only caveat about the juicer is that it isn't as powerful as my old one, a Daisy, which finally gave out. But I do like the fact that it cleans easily, that you can see how much juice you're producing and the fact that you can also make grapefruit juice. Date published: 2014-11-26

Mediocre CONS: Power cord was to short, needs an additional 12", When you 1st start juicing an orange-the initial juicing leads to some of the juice squirting onto the counter-top. This could be fixed by raising the catch basin walls up higher, and making it roomier. Along the same lines, the catch basin is also to shallow requiring you to stop often to remove the pulp, even with maximum opening for pulp to flow into the juice compartment. The rotating heads frequently get into a forward-backward motion if you apply to much pressure when pressing down on an orange to extract the juice.PROS: Inexpensive, easy to clean up, juice containing area detaches and can go into the refrigerator.MISC: Should add to box or specification notes that the juicer can hold 32oz - 1000ML of juice.
